About Me

Adil Lazar — Entrepreneur

Founder & Builder

Building businesses, developing technology, and exploring what comes next in healthcare.
I’m Adil Lazar, an entrepreneur and the founder behind several businesses, including UtahBoost, NextEdge, and Allonit LLC.
About Me

A Career Built Across Healthcare, Technology & Entrepreneurship

My professional journey hasn’t followed a single path. I’ve worked across healthcare, medical billing, technology, coding, digital marketing, SEO, web development, and entrepreneurship. Each experience has shaped how I think about businesses, technology, and the problems worth solving. Each company I’ve built reflects a different piece of that thinking.
I originally come from Pakistan, and my career has taken me across different industries and countries. My early experience in healthcare administration, medical billing, and coding gave me an understanding of how healthcare organizations operate from the inside. It was during this period that I built my foundation in coding, drawing on resources and training connected to Brigham Young University (BYU), which shaped how I later approached technology and digital systems. As I continued learning and working with technology, I became increasingly interested in how digital systems can make businesses more efficient and help them grow.
That eventually led me deeper into digital marketing, technology, and product-building, and ultimately to founding UtahBoost, NextEdge, and Allonit LLC.
My Journey

From Healthcare to Building Companies

Pakistan → Healthcare & Medical Billing → Coding (BYU-based training) → Technology → Digital Marketing → Entrepreneurship → UtahBoost, NextEdge & Allonit LLC
My education and professional development have taken me through several different disciplines. I’ve studied healthcare, technology, coding, digital marketing, and business, including hands-on coding training through resources and programs associated with Brigham Young University (BYU) and further professional development through Ensign College.
Rather than seeing these experiences as separate chapters, I see them as pieces of the same journey. Healthcare taught me about real-world operations. Coding and technology taught me how systems work. Marketing taught me how businesses connect with people. Entrepreneurship taught me how to bring those ideas together and turn them into companies.
My Entrepreneurial Mindset

Build What Should Exist

I’ve always been interested in more than simply doing what has already been done.

For me, entrepreneurship means identifying problems, asking better questions, researching possibilities, experimenting with ideas, and finding ways to turn those ideas into something useful. It’s a mindset I bring to every business I build. One that pushes me to look past what already exists and ask what could exist instead.

That mindset is why I haven’t built just one company. Each business I’ve founded came from noticing a different gap and deciding to build the solution myself rather than wait for someone else to. I don’t want to simply follow trends. I want to understand where things are going, and I want to be one of the people building what comes next.
My Commitment to Medical Innovation

Medicine + Technology + Innovation

One of the areas I’m most driven by is the intersection of medicine, technology, and innovation.

My background in healthcare, combined with my technical foundation in coding and my entrepreneurial approach to problem-solving, has led me to actively pursue research and development in medical innovation. This isn’t a passive interest, it’s active work. I’m currently engaged in research and development focused on identifying gaps in healthcare systems and exploring how new technologies can close them.

My long-term goal is to contribute real, tangible solutions that make a meaningful difference in healthcare, not just to study the space from the outside, but to help build what’s next inside it.

I believe some of the most important innovations happen when people bring knowledge from different fields together. That’s why my work extends beyond the businesses I’ve founded and into research and development at the intersection of technology, entrepreneurship, and medicine.
The Businesses I've Built

Different Companies. Different Problems. One Builder.

I don’t believe every business needs the same approach. A healthcare practice, law firm, e-commerce company, and local service business all have different customers, challenges, and goals. I’ve built each of my companies around understanding the business first, then building the strategy around it.

UtahBoost

A digital marketing and SEO company helping local and growing businesses build stronger digital foundations. Through UtahBoost, I've worked with 350+ businesses across healthcare, e-commerce, professional services, and local industries, with a strong focus on helping Utah businesses compete and grow.

NextEdge

A venture built around the products and precision the healthcare and surgical space demands, reflecting the same operational understanding of healthcare I've carried since my early career.

Allonit LLC

Another piece of the broader vision I'm building: businesses that bring together technology, strategy, and a genuine understanding of the industries they serve.

Why I Build

Strategy, Technology & Genuine Expertise

I started building businesses because I saw how difficult it can be for local companies, for healthcare-adjacent industries, and for anyone trying to keep up with a rapidly changing landscape to access the strategy, technology, and infrastructure they actually need to grow.
Search is changing. AI is changing how people find information. Healthcare is changing. Businesses need systems, products, and partners that actually contribute to their growth, not just brochures and promises.
Whether it’s through UtahBoost, NextEdge, Allonit LLC, or the research I’m doing in medical innovation, my goal has stayed the same: bring strategy, technology, and genuine expertise together in a way that’s practical and built to last.
How I Approach Business

Simple Principles. Long-Term Thinking.

I’m a firm believer in continuous learning and improvement. I would rather build something that creates lasting value than chase a short-term result that looks good on paper.

Progress over perfection.

Keep moving, learning, and improving.

Discipline over motivation.

Consistency matters more than temporary energy.

Service over status.

Build around usefulness and trust.

Impact over income.

Create lasting value, not just short-term wins.

For me, success isn’t only about how much a business grows. It’s also about what we learn, what we build, and the people and businesses we are able to help along the way.

Education & Professional Development

Learning Never Really Stops

My education and professional development span healthcare, technology, coding, digital marketing, and business.
My foundation in coding was built through training and resources associated with Brigham Young University (BYU), and I furthered my professional development through Ensign College, medical billing and coding certification, HIPAA training, Google Ads, and Google Analytics, among other areas.
I consider education an ongoing process. Technology and healthcare are changing too quickly for learning to ever really stop, and I intend to keep developing my knowledge and my hands-on research in medical innovation as I work toward my long-term goals.

Looking Ahead

I'm Building More Than Any Single Company.

UtahBoost, NextEdge, and Allonit LLC are all important parts of what I’m doing today, but my long-term vision goes further. I’m actively researching and developing ideas at the intersection of technology, entrepreneurship, and healthcare. Work that I intend to grow into real contributions to medical innovation.
I’m still learning, still building, and still researching.

And that’s exactly how I want it.

The goal isn’t simply to build what exists today. It’s to help create what comes next.
